Im wanting to fit new struts for the trip to flat nats, but can't decide which option to take.
I'm wanting a more comfortable ride for the legacy. The current struts are pretty hard and have had a hard life, and I have the WRX for ultimate handling.
So my options are,
New KYB "excel-g"
New Monroe "originals"
Rebuilt BG5 Holsteins
That leaves spring options. My car is pretty slammed at the moment on what ever springs madness had (Cusco? Dobi?? They're blue....)
I like the look but don't know how it will affect the standard shocks and the ride. Now the bilsteins I have came with subtle HKS lowering springs, but how would the car sit? I'm assuming much higher then it is now.
So yea anyone got other alternatives?

Best suspension - comfort

Excel-G's with the HKS. Will be great balance of firmness for handling while still being soft for daily. It's a shame you didn't get to drive alf, he had a full new set of KYB's put in just before flatnats 2015

<Shale>: Blighter doesn't really have an accelerator pedal, it's more just a loudness pedal. You can change volume, but you won't go any faster.
<mjlqtown>: (Southern US accent) I'v excised the demon! This car is now clear!
<Reuben>: I feel like when you stomp the throttle in Blighter, it's like you've startled an old man!
