bought my 1992 facelift BC a few weeks ago from a local chap. It's a bit tatty but seems solid and drives well so I'm happy!
Have had some good drives in it so far and it's been reasonably reliable, aside from a split top rad hose last weekend (I won't hold that against it). Seems reasonably stock, bar a few sensible upgrades.
I've loved these since I was a kid, I'm British and grew up in Banbury, where Prodrive is based... It's also close to Silverstone, and they used to have an excellent rally super special stage there that we'd visit once a month. Ian Gwynne (of Bill Gwynne motorsport) used to dominate in his BC Legacy, and I had a picture of it on my bedroom wall. Ferraris are for dweebs!
I'm also building a kp61 Starlet Sprint with a 20v 4AGE swap, so the Legacy is taking a roll as my daily until that is finished and on the road, then I might get a bit group-A inspired with the BC, we'll see.
You seem like a cool bunch, hope to stick around!
