Vista are fuckin' NASTY. They won't do offset printing (first thing stopping us from doing DOBC cards), and the price they were going to charge in comparison to EVERY other rig was astronomical for an inferior product. Generic CMYK in a strange size with no real support for proper file formats isn't my cup of tea.
For the same price or less I'm getting 1000 offset single colour cards (Pantone 498C IIRC), super heavy stock (not offered at Vista) with matte varnish. They will look a million dollars with the one colour as it will be solid, no dot gain like you get in digital printing.
Looks like Zebra only do colour as well.
Looking at both Rocket Print, and Nicholsons for offset runs. You'll see the difference when a pack lands.
