thread revival.....

So if you wanted to making a ej22 out of a ej20 CDB you would just need to bore it out to 79mm and then get some forged pistons and rods and away you go?

I made a ej22 out of a CDB with 93mm wiseco pistons and a 2.5l crank (which I think is 79mm throw), and I have a compression of 8.5:1

(Block had to be machined for rear thrust.)

4cyc works for me for various reasons. I've done and h6 conversion and I wouldn't attempt it again. And that method of stroking sounds a lot better of the block then trying to get it bored to 97mm

That compression ratio chart is down sadly... damn. Anyone got a backup? I think I might on the mac but it needs a screen lol (me=lazy)

<Shale>: Blighter doesn't really have an accelerator pedal, it's more just a loudness pedal. You can change volume, but you won't go any faster.

<mjlqtown>: (Southern US accent) I'v excised the demon! This car is now clear!

<Reuben>: I feel like when you stomp the throttle in Blighter, it's like you've startled an old man!
