Do you have the reinforcement behind the bumper at all anymore?

I have no reinforcement in the middle. Just on the sides so I can fit the bumper to the chassis and keep the fog light mounts.

Cheers cobber.

Have done a mock up while having a gasper and a Liberty Pale Ale. Don't have to cut much out at all.
The smaller height core was a good move by Drunk Mark

There's pics on my build for a facelift install running under headlights, I had to cut into the beam quite a bit which hasn't failed any wof's yet but I think it's a bit of a grey area. I think with the correct size piping you could probably do it without cutting into the beam. I don't think you'll be able to keep factory air box without a battle.

What size pipe did you use?
I used 2.5" and didnt have to cut the headlight at all. And my setup was made to keep the airbox, but I relocated the header tank to where the AC pump was.
