Hi guys I'm wondering what sort if power a vf10 is good for. i will look at upgrading it if i can achieve the power I'm looking for wanting around 200-250 kw atw

huh? vf10........stock RS turbo......you will barely get 130kw. too small, too old. but someone will come on here and tell me that you can get 300kw out of a stock ej as long as its grouted
