Hi there im jas im 23 and from invers.
I stumbled across your guys wicked site while looking for a suitble subie site to qunch my thurst for boxer turbo talk , i frequent nzhondas.com but theres not much love for old legacys on there.

So your thinking eww this guy likes hondas but its not like that at all i love every car iv even owned a lada crosack lol and i liked it .
But iv got a soft spot for old legacys and iv owned about 6 rs's not including a non turbo "vz" a twinturbo wagon bg? a wrx wagon and a turbo leone wagon.

iv currently got a bc5 rs thats a long long term project that i used to daily but in normal "olBC" fashion it started to break so i started to rebuild it.
current specs on the leggy are forged closed deck block with wiseco pistons and eagle rods and stock crank and new bearings v4 sti heads a twisted turbo set up with a good old t3t4 fmic possum link yellow injectors warlbro pump iv split the rails with 20 psi boost and theres more but i cant remember at the mo.
the box has non turbo guts in it as i herd it was stronger so i thought id give it a try.
the shell isent the tidyest but i like it kinda rag looking cause it puts the shits up all the ricey evos down here lol

my other short term project is an 89 ef3 honda civic thats geting a b16a jamed in it
check me out on nzh im efsi

thanks in advance for helping releve my built up subie talk/bs
Jas

It's a stock looking RS, and that's what we like to see here! Don't do what every other munter in invers does, and put a shitty ol body kit on it, I implore you!

I look forward to seeing more pics when closer to completion!

Just coz she isn't the prettiest right now doesn't mean she hasn't got potential. We love the rescue/resto project in these parts

Don't worry, the winner of the ugly contest is my 1st gen. SHE UGLY. Yours is not. She shows as much age as the rest of 'em, but we don't love 'em for the factory fresh look...it's the feel of the drive ain't it ;) They are gorgeous in that colour tho. :D

oh no not my kind of thing i like the stelth/sleeper look so stock wheels are staying when i get around to panel an paint its staying factory spec black and with new sticker set.
only non stock looking parts on the outside are the HKS superdrager muffler/cannon (i know dont knock it lol) and the ride hight
no big shiny front mount its a cut down volvo truck core thats painted black and it fits nicley behind the bumper you can only see it if your looking for it. I dont like the lag a huge fmic gives them been there done that lol.
Its suposta be my perfect rs so im taking my time with this one (iv had it for 4 years) and its only geting the best parts my budget can strech to.

Dear god. I think you're pretty much described exactly what we like to see around here too.

sory for bumpskis but theres a story id like to tell with this pic.
I atculey had 2 rs's when this pic was taken you can just see the edge of the bumper on the right side of the pic. It was a white rs-r , also behind the white corona in the backround there was another rs a blue one of my mates that id just finished doing the gearbox on behind that was my partners wrx wagon and parked on the road was yet another rs in that grey colour that is my brothers (he still has it) and my nabiours(?) wrx sedan. I rember thinking i was so lucky to be srounded by so much subaru

and if you hadent gussed im drunk and remonising about my rs and no one will listin haha
