Thanks everyone, Bruce did a great job, I feel privelaged to have him work on it. It is lead filled around the seam, which is an old school technique. I am picking the car up today so I am looking forward to it.

The old lead wiping, ay? Haven't seen that technique used since I left Blenheim. Proper pro job, that one.
Ps: Mika is a wee cutie.... and lucky little SOB to boot!

Another two days spent stripping and prepping the car for painting and several days to go I think.....maybe you guys are right:) as I spend hour after hours scraping and wirebrusing and using paint stripper and cleaner I think it's crazy too.

Todays effort has got me close to the end of the scraping and wire brushing the underseal. She is starting to look fairly clean. Here are a couple of pics taken before I started on it today

It will be painted white but with the paint code 057 which is not the pearl white, it is the same paint code I got from rsra Legacy and I think it was common on a lot of legacys. I do have plans to have the 555 logo added but we will have to see how it looks. It would be great to have someone do an artists impression or photoshop my Ideas. I have found a wheel that I really like which are speedline but they may only be available in 16". Speedline2016 is the wheel
I am going to look into getting stoptech brakes with proper floating rotors for it shortly but I don't think they will fit inside 16"

RS-RA's surely didn't get sunroofs either, if we are going to nit pick. or am i mistaken?

But nick here was actually looking at buying a genuine RS-RA anyway... My money is on the BC6 becoming it's own thing.

It's funny that I should stumble across this statement, I have Just given the go ahead to order $3000 worth of parts from N.Z and this BC6 will really truly become it's own thing....
